Ordered a Jersey on Dec.29th and the tracking just kept updating saying would be delivered tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, tracking said my package was at the PO, went by to check, PO had nothing. Contacted NFL shop chat and got NOTHING but a run around over and over.

This place SUCKS and I will NEVER EVER EVER give them another DIME and will encourage people to do the same!!! Worst experience EVER ordering online!!!

TEMU is more reputable!!! And thats a SHAME.

If you spend a significant amount of money, shipping will be free. That's what I did, and they still charged me for shipping.

Additionally, one of the hats was defective, and they want to charge me to ship it back. I never got the chance to talk to anyone on the phone. I'm sitting here with a defective hat, but they want to charge me to send it back.

The sad thing about it is that I have made many purchases from this company, and now all of a sudden, they want to jerk me around. Well done, guys.

I need a return label to return the item. How can I return this item to get a refund for the jersey? How long would it take?

Why do you have a call-in number and the representative does not know anything? They parrot a script and keep repeating it.

I asked if it indicated that this item would not arrive before Christmas. She said yes, but I could not find it. Not a special order. A jersey of a current player, Bowers.

my order said it was supposed to be here by 23 December now its saying its not even gonna get here till late December to early January I am wanting it as a Christmas gift and dont really need it if its coming after Christmas, that is not what I was told and I am very unhappy since I paid for shipping

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order because the website said I'd receive it by the 18th, now they're saying the 24th and won't cancel my order even though it hasn't shipped yet. Don't use this website!

The zip-up jacket is too small. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, but you don't do that. So, I need to return it and then buy a new jacket in the right size.

My order was guaranteed by Christmas and I just found out it is not going to ship until January 7. The agent and I spoke to said he was not able to do anything to help.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor available and then the agent refused to hang up the phone in order for me to complete a survey I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I would like to cancel my order but was told that was not possible and when you receive it on January 7th you can start the return process.

He was very helpful expediting my refund for fat shipping that did not arrive on time. Thank you! He was very professional and I appreciated his assurance.

Didn't get the last 2 minutes of the green bay Minnesota game and nobody helped me with anything. They gave me numbers for irrelevant contacts. I'm very unsatisfied

Order 365-****-**** says deliver on Saturday but it was never delivered. Screenshots below show UPS handoff to USPS in Princeton and thats it.

OrderedNY Giant hoodie for my daughter-in-law. Received numerous emails that it was being shipped with a photograph of the appropriate hoodie When it arrived.

It was an LA Raiders hoodie.When I contacted customer service they told me they were sorry but the one I had ordered was out of stock, which they never advised me of now I have to go through the pain in the butt of sending it back. You would think the company wouldve told me it was out of stock instead of just sending me a product I did not want.

Have gift certificate that is good until 2027 but validation code and pin do not work.

Contacted offshore customer service agent and was told that they don't know and cannot help so I'm out $100.
