BEWARE- Late and Cheap Quality

I ordered a Barry sanders rookie card on October 14, 2023 they sent me an email saying it was on the way Oct 17th Nov-dec-Jan nothing. I call in November they say oh we see you haven't received your package we will look into it and email you with an update.
I said okay I was patient. No email no call. December rolls in nothing I call in again. Same song and dance.
January comes in this is now past 3 months of the original order. I call in they say sorry sir it got lost in transit we need to issue a refund. WHAT!! so basically no communication for 3+ months just to be told sorry we ran out.
They should be sued and I will be watching close to see if there is ever a class action brought against them. Trash
