Hello there, I just want to know who can help me with this inquiry. I havent received my order and its been more than 2 weeks. My order number is: 193-****-**** It says it has been Shipped but so far I havent further than that. Estimated arrival was between October the 31st - November the 08th. I ordered a Barry sanders rookie card on October 14, 2023 they sent me an email saying it was on the way Oct 17th Nov-dec-Jan nothing. I call in November they say oh we see you haven't received your package we will look into it and email you with an update.

I said okay I was patient. No email no call. December rolls in nothing I call in again. Same song and dance.

January comes in this is now past 3 months of the original order. I call in they say sorry sir it got lost in transit we need to issue a refund. WHAT!! so basically no communication for 3+ months just to be told sorry we ran out.

They should be sued and I will be watching close to see if there is ever a class action brought against them. Trash

I still haven't received my sheets that were supposed to come with the comforter I ordered. I ordered the queen size bed in a bag with the comforter, fitted and flat sheet and two pillow shams. I only got the comforter and the pillow shams.

I ordered 2 hats and nether of them arrived they were returned to sender due to the fact that the courier could not find the address. It was the correct address no other couriers have had this problem. Also the second one was also sent back it never made it to its destination at all. Im in Boston and the package is in Virginia but it still got sent back to sender.

I received zero tracking information. I have no idea if my order was shipped or if my money was stolen tried to contact customer service and they referred me to a website that wanted me to pay more money after I already given this company $150 so in my opinion, this is some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in almost 50 years of life, and I personally will never spend money at the nflshop.com again
