My package should have been here by 10:30am and it has not arrived Yet !!! Please deliver my package ASAP it is way over the time it should of been delivered I have Never had problems like this with Any Delivery Service Company this unacceptable for anyone to be told one thing and have Paid in Full for there Product and had not received them On TIME

I never received my package. They stated that it was refunded, but Im still paying on it every two weeks so wheres my money at since you guys didnt send my package it was refunded.

the promo code during checkout, but the discount never applied and I was charged full price. When I contacted customer service afterward, I expected the discount to be honored, but it wasnt.

It wouldve been much more helpful if the code had been clearly accepted at checkout, or if customer service had adjusted my order when I reached out. That would have made the experience much better.

I was talking to AI, not a real person. Our conversation said I was returning a gift card but I was returning a sweatshirt.

Tried multiple times to change what was noted but was unsuccessful. Wont have a final opinion until I get a refund.

I have been buying the Crucial Catch merchandise every year since the NFL started the line with pink ribbon. I am a stage 3 survivor and soon to be a stage 4 survivor, the products have always been Great.

This year I bought the CC hat, and I love the way it looks,but the quality is terrible! The material, is very thin, and I would describe it as paper like.

The NFL and Crucial Catch should be Embarrassed to have their names on a product made with such low quality. I purchased the men's 39 Thirty CC fitted hat, for $47.99.

Order was canceled per automated voice response. Now I can re-order and give the correct shipping address. This was a very simple process.

It is August 14, 2025, and I still have not received the merchandise (ladies' t-shirt). I would like a refund of the purchase.

Its been since June 15 2025, order not delivered

I have yet to receive my order. Its been 2 months and nothing delivered.

Wrong item was sent and the service is horrible: I never got to speak to an agent.This was a birthday gift and I was sent the wrong team although the invoice has the correct team.

Ordered a Fathers Day gift over two weeks ago. Received an email today stating return has been received.

There is no return as the product was never shipped or received!!! Customer service is a joke.

They hold your funds, have no intention of shipping products. Completely unacceptable and major fraud!!

Ordered a Jersey on Dec.29th and the tracking just kept updating saying would be delivered tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, tracking said my package was at the PO, went by to check, PO had nothing. Contacted NFL shop chat and got NOTHING but a run around over and over.

This place SUCKS and I will NEVER EVER EVER give them another DIME and will encourage people to do the same!!! Worst experience EVER ordering online!!!

TEMU is more reputable!!! And thats a SHAME.

If you spend a significant amount of money, shipping will be free. That's what I did, and they still charged me for shipping.

Additionally, one of the hats was defective, and they want to charge me to ship it back. I never got the chance to talk to anyone on the phone. I'm sitting here with a defective hat, but they want to charge me to send it back.

The sad thing about it is that I have made many purchases from this company, and now all of a sudden, they want to jerk me around. Well done, guys.

I need a return label to return the item. How can I return this item to get a refund for the jersey? How long would it take?
